het stuk.
Het stuk eindigt in een berustend, diep nachtelijk / winters Es dur.
Ook gaat de muziek vaak naar het vragende G-dur-akkoord [=V, de Dominant-functie].
Dat is de verwachting voor het komende, de geboorte van het Godskind, en G dur
is bij uitstek de kersttoonsoort van de herders, de kerst- en herdersliederen, het Stier-evangelie
van Lucas, [G dur = ook de toonsoort van Taurus / Stier]...
